*All of our jewelry comes with a lifetime manufacturers warranty. This covers things like manufacturing defects, clouding or the gem falling out of the prong.
It does not cover damages from user error or lost jewelry.

*ID Must show your birthday being the day you are being pierced.
For any additional piercings on the same person, we offer a $20 discount on the second piercing.
IE: First set of lobes is $50, second would be $30.
Kid’s Piercing: Need to Knows!
Valid ID is required for both the child getting pierced & the adult
A health card is fine it does not need to have a photo!
Using a numbing cream like Emla can help ease some nerves;
But please do not overdo it!
If the product is left on too long it can cause chemical irritation and will not be pierceable.
Apply 45 minutes prior to the piercing and leave on, we will remove it.
We don’t want to rush & want you to have our full attention.
We like to take our time with kiddos and book time appropriately.
Please be on time for your appointment or there is a chance we may have to reschedule.
Tandems!
Tandem piercing is when we do both piercings at once.
This is available for lobes, nipples, and other paired piercings.
Tandems are strongly recommended for kids lobes under 10.
Available Wed, Thurs and some Saturdays.

Deposits are applied to the balance at the end of your appointment.
Please give us at least 48 hours notice in order to reschedule so that we move your deposit to the next appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have a 5 minute grace period.
Our appointments range from 15-30 minutes typically, so anything later than 5 minutes would cut too far into the allotted appointment time.
If you are too late you will have to reschedule and leave a new deposit.

How to take care of your piercing after you get home
We will give you an aftercare sheet with instructions specific to your piercing.
Please call/email or come in for a check up if you need any additional help.
Clean your piercings with saline solution or water only!
*If you can’t put it in your eyes, don’t put it on your piercing.Wash your hands thoroughly prior to cleaning your piercing
Saline spray your piercing once a day and dry after cleaning or showering.
It is not necessary to rotate the piercing and we advise you not do this.
DO NOT pick or scratch the piercing! Do not touch it & move it as little as possible.
No questionable bodies of water for at least 2-3 weeks, ideally the whole healing period. Showers at home are fine but submerging in any baths, lakes, pools, hot tubs are things to avoid during this time.
DO NOT change or remove your jewelry until the date provided to you.
Please come in for your downsize when your swelling has subsided.
